Animal Policies

All of our communities follow the same guidelines and allow a maximum of two animals per home.

Animals must be on a leash at all time when outside of your home. If your community has a bark park, dogs must be on a leash whenever entering or exiting the bark park, but can safely play leash-free inside the bark park during the hours the park is open.

Breed Restrictions

Due to insurance regulations and for the safety of all residents, the following breeds are not allowed. We reserve the right to modify this list at any time without notice. 

Non-aggressive breeds only and proof of up-to-date vaccinations required. Other restrictions may apply. Please call the property management team for details.

Animal Fees

One-time fee of $300 for one animal, additional $200 for a second animal. There will also be an additional $20 monthly animal rent added for one animal, $30 for two animals. If you adopt a new animal after moving in, please contact your property manager so they can add your new animal’s information to your lease.
